For those who have never visited the Arctic, it seems a cold, barren, snow-covered mystical region with little to offer of any value.  To those of us fortunate enough to have enjoyed this region, it provides wonders untouched by man that can stretch to far horizons.  It truly must be seen to be fully appreciated.
